1967 Chevy Pickup Custom Bucket Seats
/We had such a pleasure working with Myron & Cindy Sinks on their custom 1967 Chevy pickup bucket seats. We recovered these seats in a gorgeous blue Ultra-Leather that was completed with baseball-style stitching. We even added some custom cup holders in the center console that weren’t a part of the original design! Backseat storage was also added with pockets on the backs of the seats!
The driver seat was in very poor shape and needed major foam repair! Now the foam is good, if not better, than the original!
You can never have good quality seat work if you don’t have a great foundation!

BEFORE
As you can see, the seat foam was in very poor shape, especially where the metal piece is cutting into the foam. When we reconstructed the seat we made sure to cover the metal piece with padding before putting better foam in place.
AFTER
We loved the idea of the custom cup holders! Such a fun add-on!
We added seat back pockets as well for a little extra storage.
